Senior Site Engineer

• Take overall responsibility for the successful execution of the project
• Provide detailed reports to Project Manager and management about daily site activities
• Coordinate with Purchase team to organise required material
• Provide careful cost analyses of material required at site and for any siterelated execution
• Supervise the junior engineers site staff subcontractors vendors for smooth project execution
• Provide technical guidance and expertise on engineering and construction related issues
• Ensure work is executed correctly by maintaining strict quality checking standards
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the construction team and ensure they are carried out in a
• timely manner
• Collaborate with architects vendors and others involved in the project
• Ensure work by contractors/vendors is completed in a timely safe and satisfactory manner
• Record the manpower and material at site raising flags for any concerns on delays
• Organise material in a timely manner to avoid delays at site
• Estimate quantity and prepare cost estimates of material required
• Suggest efficient solutions and technical advice for improvement at the site
• Assist in civil maintenance activities in the community and as arises

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 79 years of experience as a site engineer with specific experience in villa / plot / layout development.
• Located in close proximity to the sites (off Sarjapur/Hosur/Attibele areas)
• Fluent in English Hindi Kannada and Tamil
• Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications email and AutoCAD
• Good negotiation skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a keen eye for detail and observation
