Experience with build/deployment tools (such as Git GitHub Jenkins etc) and proficiency with Agile and Devops practices and toolchain is expected.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of Infrastructure as Code development knowledge of Devops principles and thrive to evaluate and learn new technologies that are necessary to accomplish the goals. They should be comfortable in handson development and designing the automation solutions.
Hands on experience is must in software development standardization and code management.
Advance knowledge of Devops principles Infrastructure as Code principles security architecture source control CI/CD micro services containerization. Cloud concepts and skills are nice to have.
Applies optimal testing and validation techniques. Researches and troubleshoots defects to make necessary coding adjustments.
Experience:
2 years experience in LINUX Commands & GIT Commands
2 years experience in management of application pipeline on JENKINS
2 years of proven experience architecting and building infrastructure/cloud solutions in Amazon AWS (or Google Cloud Azure Alibaba Cloud etc...) using (or equivalent to) ELB EC2 S3 CloudFront RDS Lambda VPC ElasticSearch API Gateway.
2 years of managing a container or orchestration platform (Docker or Kubernetes)
2 years of experience building sophisticated and highly automated infrastructures
2 years of experience with source control software such as Git and SVN
2 years of experience of PHP and Python/Go
Responsibilities:
Configuring networking and security groups as part of global platform build out and to service Adhoc requests.
Strong scripting knowledge is mandatory. You should be comfortable with scripting in Shell Python Ruby or any preferred scripting language.
Support & Maintain cloud environments with an emphasis on continuously innovating through automation and enhancing stability / availability through monitoring and improving security posture.
Work closely with application development teams to design implement and where necessary automate infrastructure on cloud platforms.
Resolving problems across multiple application domains and platforms using system troubleshooting and problemsolving techniques
Automating different operational processes by designing maintaining and managing tools
Provide primary operational support and engineering for all Cloud and Enterprise deployments
Lead the organisations platform security efforts by collaborating with the core engineering team
