We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesperson to join our dynamic team in the solar industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in solar module sales a proven track record of achieving sales targets and excellent communication and negotiation skills. If you are passionate about renewable energy and are looking to make a significant impact this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for solar modules in the Surat region.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients including residential commercial and industrial customers and build and maintain strong relationships with them.
- Product Knowledge: Stay uptodate with the latest solar technology trends and have a deep understanding of our solar module products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate pricing contracts and terms with clients to ensure successful deals.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze the solar market in Surat to identify opportunities and threats and adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities including sales reports client data and contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- 2 to 4 years of experience in solar module sales.
- Strong understanding of solar technology and the renewable energy industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a passion for renewable energy.
- Familiarity with Surats solar market and local networks is a plus.
