ob Summary:
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements processes and data for various projects and initiatives. They will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive decisionmaking through data analysis and insights.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit analyze and document business requirements for projects and initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and use data visualization tools to provide insights and support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation including business requirements functional specifications and process flows.
- Project Support: Work closely with project managers and crossfunctional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities including testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with projects and process changes.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to endusers to facilitate the adoption of new processes or systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance IT or a related field.
- 23 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL data visualization tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of business analysis best practices and methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
