Position: Business Analyst
- Experience: 48 Years (Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on report writing and PRD creation.)
- Location: Currently remote opportunity but look for candidates who are open to relocate to Hyderabad.
- Please note: Candidate does not need to code they need to be able to understand data processes written in SQL / ETL tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science Management Information Systems Engineering Data Science Statistics Mathematics or related disciplines.
- Certifications in any analytics/visualization tools or cloud platforms are a plus.
We are looking:
- Experience in PRD (Project Requirements Documentation)
- Understanding of data processes written in SQL / ETL tools
- Experience in Report Writing
- Experience in Analytical & Visualization tools

What You ll Do
Report Writing:
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to gather data analyze information and create insightful reports.
- Develop and maintain a library of standardized and adhoc reports.
- Ensure that reports are accurate comprehensive and align with organizational goals.
Project Requirements Documentation (PRD):
- Work closely with project managers product owners and development teams to understand project goals and objectives.
- Create clear and detailed Project Requirements Documents (PRDs) that include functional and nonfunctional requirements use cases user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Continuously update and refine PRDs as the project evolves.
Documentation Skills:
- Establish and maintain documentation standards and best practices for the organization.
- Create and maintain various types of documentation such as process manuals business process flows and user guides.
- Ensure that all documentation is clear concise and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze data to identify trends patterns and insights and use this information to support decisionmaking processes.
- Present data analysis findings in a format that is easy to understand for nontechnical stakeholders.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
- Act as a bridge between technical and nontechnical teams ensuring a common understanding of project goals and requirements.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and validate documentation for accuracy consistency and completeness.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends tools and best practices related to report writing PRD and documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and the quality of deliverables.

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
