Position Overview:
As a Data Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing building and maintaining the data infrastructure that enables efcient data collection storage processing and analysis.
Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data scientists analysts and software engineers to ensure the availability and quality of data for various business needs.
Your work will contribute to the organizations datadriven decisionmaking processes and overall data strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines to efciently extract transform and load (ETL) data from various sources into storage systems (data lakes databases etc.)
Implement data transformation logic to clean enrich and structure raw data for downstream analytics and reporting purposes.
Monitor troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines for performance reliability and data quality.
Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders to design data models that facilitate efcient storage and retrieval of data for analytical purposes.
Integrate data from multiple sources including internal databases thirdparty APIs and external data feeds to provide a unied and comprehensive view of the data landscape.
Work closely with data scientists analysts and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide the necessary infrastructure to support their analytical initiatives.
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate data engineering solutions into production systems and applications.
Identify opportunities to enhance existing data processes tools and systems to improve efciency and data quality.
Requirements:
Min 4 years of experience in Data Engineering or similar roles.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS (preferred) GCP etc.
Prociency with SQL/NoSQL databases and one or more programming languages (e.g. Python Java Scala)
Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fastpaced business environment.
Ability to work closely in a collaborative role with other team members as well as complete tasks individually as assigned
Selfmotivation and strong communication skills are must haves. You will need to be comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities vague requirements and rapid iterations.
