Role and Responsibilities:The role of API Sales Executive at Nilasu Consulting Services Pvt Ltd involves:
- Providing backend support to the domestic market
- Processing orders and providing ERP support
- Participating in ISO audits and maintaining assigned documents as per ISO standards
- Following up on payments with customers
- Maintaining and sharing dispatch documents
- Generating proforma invoices sample invoices and filing
- Creating new customer accounts
- Generating sales and pending sales order details
- Handling amendments to orders as per customer requirements
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager
- Couriering the tax invoices to domestic customers
Candidate Qualifications:The ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelors degree in a related field
- Prior experience in sales or marketing particularly within the pharmaceutical sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
