Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Utilize the Upwork platform to generate leads and identify suitable clients and projects aligned with our services.
- 2. Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements industry trends and the competitive landscape on Upwork.
- 3. Develop compelling and tailored proposals that effectively showcase our capabilities and value proposition to potential clients.
- 4. Nurture leads on Upwork through personalized outreach and followup.
- 5. Engage in proactive communication with clients promptly responding to inquiries.
- 6. Track and manage leads and opportunities within the Upwork platform maintaining accurate and uptodate records.
- 7. Stay informed about industry best practices and Upwork platform updates to adapt strategies and maximize results.
- 8. Once any lead generated on Upwork is passed to the BDM for conversion.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree .
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in Upwork Fiverr Guru LinkedIn sales navigator
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
