Job Description
Position: Corporate Relations Intern
Department: Education
Reporting Hierarchy: This role would report to KAM
Selected interns daytoday responsibilities include:
1. Reach out to corporates and understand their hiring needs and pass the learners details for their
placements
2. Help make the learners industryready by regular counseling sessions arranging guest lectures helping
learners update their CVs and teaching them about the best practices
3. Work with corporates to find ways for MyCaptain to collaborate for its goals and activities
4. Manage the portfolio of corporates with a mix of retention & acquisition accounts for hiring learners in
premium jobs across all industries
5. Ensure that the brand is protected by adhering to company regulations or policies
6. Plan the hiring events and coordinate with learners and other stakeholders to make them a success
Who can apply:
1. Ability to identify trends and react quickly to keep the brand relevant
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills
3. Experience in handling teams
4. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
5. A positive attitude and desire to produce measurable results
6. Good project and people management skills attention to detail and planning to hit deadlines
7. Experience in handling placements
8. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Outlook & Excel) and Google
docs
9. Ability to set up and lead the team of coordinators assisting in placement activities
