Senior Chartered Accountant ERP Implementation

• Oversee the successful implementation of ERP systems within the banking environment ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze business requirements and design efficient ERP solutions to streamline financial operations.
• Provide guidance and support in configuring testing and troubleshooting ERP modules ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and contribute to the development of strategies to mitigate financial risks associated with ERP implementation.
• Act as a liaison between the finance department IT teams and external vendors to facilitate the integration and customization of ERP software.
• Train and mentor junior staff members on ERP functionalities and best practices.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Chartered Accountant role within the banking sector.
• Indepth knowledge and practical experience in ERP implementation preferably within a financial institution.
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations and their financial implications.
• Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive successful ERP implementations from inception to completion.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and ERP systems with a focus on implementation and customization.
