We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in the field of Digital Printing and UVDTF Machines. This role demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales a deep understanding of the digital printing industry and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients market trends and competitors. Utilize findings to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy to penetrate the digital printing and UVDTF machine market focusing on both new client acquisition and nurturing existing relationships.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients build and maintain relationships and negotiate contracts to secure sales of digital printing and UVDTF machines.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an indepth understanding of our product offerings staying updated on technological advancements and effectively communicating the value proposition to clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals ensuring a healthy sales pipeline and timely followups.
- Collaboration: Liaise with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies ensuring consistent messaging and understanding of client requirements.
- Targets and Reporting: Set achievable sales targets and regularly report on progress providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role within the digital printing or UVDTF machine industry demonstrating a successful track record in sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital printing technologies UVDTF machines and familiarity with the current market landscape.
- Sales Skills: Exceptional negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market analysis identifying trends and formulating datadriven sales strategies.
- SelfMotivated: Proven ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field (preferred).
