Job Description

Position Title: Business Development Manager

Industry Digital Printing and UVDTF Machine Sales

Location Delhi Mumbai Ahmedabad

must have 4 years of experience as a Sales/sales manager /ASM in the Printing Machine industry or similar Machin MFG background

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in the field of Digital Printing and UVDTF Machines. This role demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales a deep understanding of the digital printing industry and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and client acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients market trends and competitors. Utilize findings to develop targeted sales strategies.
  2. Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy to penetrate the digital printing and UVDTF machine market focusing on both new client acquisition and nurturing existing relationships.
  3. Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients build and maintain relationships and negotiate contracts to secure sales of digital printing and UVDTF machines.
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop an indepth understanding of our product offerings staying updated on technological advancements and effectively communicating the value proposition to clients.
  5. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals ensuring a healthy sales pipeline and timely followups.
  6. Collaboration: Liaise with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies ensuring consistent messaging and understanding of client requirements.
  7. Targets and Reporting: Set achievable sales targets and regularly report on progress providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role within the digital printing or UVDTF machine industry demonstrating a successful track record in sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital printing technologies UVDTF machines and familiarity with the current market landscape.
  • Sales Skills: Exceptional negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market analysis identifying trends and formulating datadriven sales strategies.
  • SelfMotivated: Proven ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field (preferred).
