Job Description

Overview:

The Sales Coordinator Female plays a crucial role in our organization as the main point of contact for customers working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales team in daily administrative tasks
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing necessary information
  • Coordinating sales processes and maintaining customer databases
  • Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials or events
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Processing and maintaining sales orders and contracts
  • Providing aftersales support to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales activities and performance
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Managing schedules and appointments for the sales team
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations
  • Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities
  • Handling administrative and clerical duties such as filing copying and scanning
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer serviceoriented with a problemsolving attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Understanding of sales processes and techniques
  • Experience with customer relationship management software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Availability to travel as needed
