Job Description
Bandhan AMC Ltd. operates in the Financial Services industry and is renowned for its expertise in managing Mutual Fund investments.
As an Executive / Sr. Executive Branch Operations you will be responsible for handling the daytoday branch operations including front desk and backend activities. Your key activities will include:
- Coordination with CAMS for accurate processing and timely payouts while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Overall management of service and coordination among sales and distribution teams
- Coordination with internal stakeholders for smooth processing of transactions
- Managing branch administration activities
- Upselling Mutual Fund products to both retail and HNI clients
- Responding to customer queries with a focus on customer satisfaction
Candidate Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate
- Additional Certifications/Trainings: NISM V A
- Prior Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in the Mutual Fund or BFSI domain
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of mutual fund practices SEBI regulations and compliance
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Excel
- Team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
