Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Frappe Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing ERPNext using the Frappe framework. You will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining ERP solutions that meet our organizations needs. Key Responsibilities:
1. ERPNext Development: Customize and develop ERPNext applications using the Frappe framework to meet specific business requirements.
2. ERP Configuration: Configure ERPNext modules including setting up master data workflows forms and custom scripts.
3. Integration: Integrate ERPNext with other systems including thirdparty applications and databases to ensure seamless data flow.
4. Customization: Develop and maintain custom reports dashboards and modules as per business needs.
5. Data Migration: Assist in migrating data from legacy systems to ERPNext ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
6. User Support: Provide technical support to endusers troubleshoot issues and train users on ERPNext functionalities.
7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure ERP solutions are bugfree and meet performance standards.
8. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including system architecture customizations and standard operating procedures.
9. Upgrades and Maintenance: Stay uptodate with ERPNext releases and apply necessary upgrades and patches to ensure system stability and security.
10.Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver ERP solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience in ERPNext development and customization using the Frappe framework.
Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML CSS and jQuery.
Familiarity with database management systems particularly MySQL.
Experience with RESTful API integration and web services.
Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
ERPNext certification (preferred but not required).
