Scout identify and recruit exceptional and diverse talent across various entertainment sectors including actors musicians models and other artists.
Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients employing a strategic approach to secure favorable terms and conditions that align with their career objectives.
Stay meticulously updated on industry trends emerging talents and market demands providing clients with informed guidance to navigate a dynamic and evolving entertainment landscape.
Handle administrative tasks with precision from meticulous scheduling and contract management to ensuring seamless financial transactions and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to strategically enhance the public image and visibility of clients contributing to their overall brand development and market presence.
Attend industry events showcases and performances to discover and evaluate emerging talent maintaining a proactive and innovative approach to talent recruitment.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Performing Arts or a related field.
Demonstrate 2 years of handson experience as a Talent Agent showcasing a successful track record in talent recruitment and dynamic contract negotiations.
Indepth knowledge of the entertainment industry including current trends market dynamics and evolving talent expectations.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to secure favorable deals and cultivate lasting relationships.
Familiarity with talent management software and industryspecific tools showcasing adaptability to technological advancements in the field.
Flexibility to work irregular hours attend events and travel as required by the dynamic nature of talent management.
Skills:
Expertise in talent scouting identification and recruitment with an eye for diverse and unique capabilities.
Proficient in contract negotiation and management ensuring optimal terms for clients.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills enhancing the representation and advocacy of clients.
Strong administrative and organizational abilities ensuring precision in scheduling and financial transactions.
Familiarity with talent management software leveraging technology for efficient operations.
Preferred:
Masters degree in Marketing Communications Performing Arts or a related field.
Certification in Talent Management or related disciplines demonstrating commitment to ongoing professional development.
Established network within the entertainment industry contributing to broad talent discovery and representation.
Experience with international talent management showcasing adaptability to a global entertainment landscape.
