Job Summary:
As the Talent Acquisition Lead at Your Company you will play a pivotal role in attracting identifying and hiring top talent to support our mission and growth. You will lead a team of recruiters and work closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the talent landscape in our industry and the ability to drive recruitment initiatives that align with our companys values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans.
2. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of recruiters providing mentorship coaching and guidance to optimize their performance and growth.
3. Candidate Sourcing: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of toptier candidates through various channels including online job boards social media networking and industry events.
4. Interview and Selection: Oversee the interview process ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to select the bestfit candidates.
5. Employer Branding: Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance Your Companys reputation as an employer of choice.
6. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts striving for a diverse and equitable workforce.
7. Data Analysis: Utilize recruitment analytics to track key performance indicators KPIs and make datadriven decisions to improve recruitment processes.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
9. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors if necessary.
10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition continuously improving recruitment processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with at least X years in a leadership role.
Deep knowledge of recruitment strategies tools and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Datadriven mindset with experience in using recruitment analytics.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
