We are seeking a Web Developer to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our website and other digital properties, ensuring that they are user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for search engines. You will work closely with our digital marketing team to develop and implement strategies that improve user experience and drive traffic to our website.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our website and other digital properties
- Ensure that all digital properties are mobile-responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines
- Work with the digital marketing team to develop and implement strategies that improve user experience and drive traffic to our website
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure that all digital properties are visually appealing and engaging
- Troubleshoot and debug website and other digital property issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies
- Develop and implement processes and systems to streamline web development operations

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science, web development, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on digital marketing
- Strong understanding of web development languages and tools, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS systems
- Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and techniques
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media advertising, and paid search advertising
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
