Job Description
- Run projects with multiple teams, managing budget and resources
- Demonstrate excellent time-management and multi-tasking capability
- Work with researchers through the project lifecycle on qualitative and quantitative research studies
- Develop client ready materials including research design, research instruments (discussion guides, questionnaires etc.) and outputs (data analysis, data visualisation, insights driven reporting)
- Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive on-the-job coaching to team members, while fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
