• Ensure that all digital properties are mobile-responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines
  
• Work with the digital marketing team to develop and implement strategies that improve user experience and drive traffic to our website
  
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure that all digital properties are visually appealing and engaging
  
• Troubleshoot and debug website and other digital property issues
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies
  
• Develop and implement processes and systems to streamline web development operations

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science, web development, or a related field
  
• 3+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on digital marketing
  
• Strong understanding of web development languages and tools, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS systems
  
• Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and techniques
  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media advertising, and paid search advertising
  
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
