Demonstrated passion and a successful track record in spearheading HR Transformations, achieving sustainable high impacts. A dedicated project manager adept at defining scopes and budgets, writing proposals, resource management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and status reporting. Possessing a commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities into projects. Solid affinity and understanding of technology and its transformative impact on contemporary work methods. Experience and interest in transformation activities, including developing communication materials, delivering training, conducting stakeholder assessments, and facilitating workshops.
