Job Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and highquality mental health nursing care during night shifts.
  
• Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  
• Monitor and record vital signs ensuring accurate documentation.
  
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
  
• Respond effectively to emergencies and provide support in crisis situations.
  
• Foster a therapeutic environment that promotes residents mental wellbeing.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid Nursing qualification and registration.
  
• Proven experience in mental health nursing especially in a night shift capacity.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  
• Commitment to providing personcentered care.
  
• Understanding of and adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines.
