Job Title: Behavioral Health Service Mgr.

Location: Candidate to be located south of McAllen. Anywhere between Alamo to Brownsville would be good. Harlingen would be a perfect middle ground.

Duration: 6 months

Shift: 8:00am 5:00pm CST

Walk me through the daytoday responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):

• Team members will go into the homes of members to do assessments check on their wellbeing and ensure their behavioral health needs are taken care of.
• Assessments are written up as reports determining needs and assist in getting the services approved.
• Team members will also be responsible for contractual calls working with collateral agencies like LIDDA LMHA and various providers.

Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:

• Team members will be expected to adhere to turnaround times set forth by the state regarding updating assessments completing documentation and conducting the contractual calls determined by members level of care.
• They will also be expected to present themselves in a professional manner when interacting with families and collateral contacts.

Education/Experience:

• Experts

Required:

• Must be licensed as BH clinician or RN.
• Experience with direct care.
• Able to learn technology used in the position.
