Other Benefits: Medical and Dental insurance will be provided in accordance with existing company policy Vacation and Illness/Sick
Pay: Will be provided in accordance with existing company policy; please refer to Employee Handbook for Employer s policies regarding vacation and sick pay.
Phone Reimbursement: $15/pay period
Mileage Allowance: $0.655 / mile (or current Federal mileage reimbursement rate); or a Company Automobile (in accordance with current Company Policy) If applicable
On Call Requirements: As scheduled and approved by DOPCS
