You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe successful candidate will perform the following duties: • Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. • Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training. • Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. • Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities. • Create and manage all Purchase Orders, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment to customer commitments; • Partner with Boeing business entities on improvement strategies, production readiness, and critical recoveries; • Establish and execute strategies to improve training programs and processes- champion quality initiatives; • Serve as the focal for ground safety programs and initiatives • Works directly with Training Instructors and site support staff to ensure processes and solutions meet the program requirements and schedules; • Develops solutions that are imaginative, thorough, predictable, and consistent with organization objectives; • Receives general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives; • Documenting facility support requirements and participate in site surveys. Develop Site Evaluation Reports and document results, findings and recommendations; • Participate in customer reviews of documents for training facilities. Maintains integrated site activation plans within a schedule; • The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Required qualifications must always be met by the successful candidate. • Must hold US citizenship or ability to work in the US (Green card) • Has at least 2 years of experience working with F-15 and/or AH-64 training systems. • Has at least 2 years of experience with Middle-East customer-facing programs. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) • 2 + years of project management experience • Basic MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Typical Education/Experience Education/experience typically acquired through basic technical education (e.g. Associates) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Associates + 1 years' related work experience, 2 years' related work experience, etc.). This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Qatar. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Qatar law. Employment is subject to the candidate's ability to satisfy all Qatar labor and immigration formalities.
