Job Description
Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland Germany and Liechtenstein. We are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Start Date: February 2024
Duration: 4 months
Utilization: 80100%
Location: Zug
Salary: CHF
Tasks
- Address legal matters related to Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and Fintech
- Create assess and negotiate contracts policies and various legal documentation
- Manage and execute requests from regulatory authorities
- Offer insights on legal and regulatory prerequisites for financial products and services
- Provide legal guidance on daytoday operational concerns
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German
- Swiss bar admission
- Resident in Switzerland
- Min. 3 years PQE as an attorney within financial services or FinTech
