Tasks

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance
• Providing guidance on ethical and legal standards.
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to healthcare laws and regulations
• Investigating and resolving compliance issues and complaints
• Reviewing and updating internal policies and procedures
• Drafting different type of agreements such as Consulting agreements Hospitality agreement NDAs Sponsorship agreements etc. for different markets

Requirements

• Resident in Switzerland
• Fluency in English and French
• Min. 1 year of PQE in healthcare compliance
• Experience with policy development and implementation
