Job Description
Requirements
- Candidate must possess LL.B honors degree from a reputable university.
- Professionally qualified in a common law jurisdiction.
- In depth knowledge of offshore industry, EPC contracts and/or projects documentation. Downstream experience may also be considered.
- Experience from a reputable law firm (preferably) and/or in-house legal department within the offshore or shipping industry.
- Minimum 7 years’ PQE.
- Experience in cross border and international project transactions and management.
- Be a strong communicator and possess a commercially savvy approach to legal matters.
