Job Description
Key Stakeholders
• Reporting to the Manager of Cost Controls with accountability to maintain standardized practices within the Well Delivery Program Integration team
• Indirect reporting to teams (drilling, completions, earthworks, and production) to ensure accuracy of information specific to each discipline
• Interact with Well Site Leaders and office Superintendents to resolve financial and WV/SV issues
Core Role & Responsibilities
• Ensure consistent implementation/maintenance of the project cost tracking tools (WV/SV) to help analyze variances at the AFE and Job level
• Review vendor field tickets and/or Service Entry Sheets to ensure rates, time and job costs are accurate; coded correctly and approved and paid in a timely manner
• Compare WV/SV costs to SAP actuals; reconcile and perform corrective action (journal entries) as needed
