As the Project Manager, you will assume direct responsibility for overseeing the site team and its operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Project Planning: Craft epic project plans, weaving timelines, milestones, and resource.
• Project Programming: Choreograph project schedules to ensure everything hits the deadlines right on time.
• Budget Management: Wave your financial wand, making sure budgets dance to the rhythm of success.
• Team Leadership: Lead the charge with energy and ambition.
• Contract Management: Handpick and manage contractors, making sure they're all part of the blockbuster production.
• Risk Management: Identify and tackle potential risks with high-level strategies.
