ICT Change Management Consultant with ADKAR model experience Canberra
Overview
The ICT Change Management Consultant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of the ICT Transformation Program. This individual will be responsible for leading change management initiatives specifically related to information and communication technology (ICT) projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct change impact assessments for the ICT Transformation Program.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive ICT change management plan aligned with the ADKAR model.
- Facilitate business process analysis and change management for infrastructure and application development projects within the ICT domain.
- Develop and deliver communication plans to inform stakeholders about ICT project changes.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs to support the adoption of new ICT systems and processes.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to project teams and stakeholders involved in ICT projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ICT change management initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience in change management with a specific focus on ICT projects.
- Strong understanding of the ADKAR model and its application to ICT environments.
- Experience in engaging business and technology stakeholders in a complex environment
- Experience in project management and business analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Indepth knowledge of ICT infrastructure and systems.
- Australian Citizen
- Existing baseline security clearance is a value ad
Desired Skills
- Certification in Prosci Change Management or a similar framework.
- Experience working in a government or regulated industry.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
