Trilogic Recruitment is in search of a dedicated and skilled Finance Assistant to join our Clients expanding team. This role presents a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in accounts purchase ledger sales ledger and experience with Sage Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- General bookkeeping.
- Entering details and invoices into the company s SAGE 50 Professional system.
- Working with spreadsheets sales and purchase ledgers.
- Calculating and checking payments amounts and records for accuracy.
- Payroll processing.
- Credit control and debt chasing.
- Reconciling accounts and direct debits.
- Filing and maintaining organized records.
- Invoicing.
- General office duties.
- Processing holiday requests.
- Entering workshop hours and allocating them to jobs.
- General reception duties including answering the phone transferring calls or taking messages.
- Coordinating and assisting with document filing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar finance role is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Transactional accounts experience with an inquisitive approach.
- Versatility with Microsoft Office products and SAGE software.
