Practice Accountancy Professionals of all Disciplines
35k 80k Depending on Experience and Seniority.
Offices Based in Birmingham Leicester and Rugby with Hybrid Working

Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Candidates with practice experience.
- Partial or full CTA ACA or ACCA AAT etc.
- Good people skills with an ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

What the role will involve for the Assistant Tax Manager: Give hands on advice to a variety of clients. Manage a portfolio of different clients. This can include audits, overseeing submissions and all private tax clients. Work with your clients to define their requirements and then quote accordingly. Oversee the delivery of all work. Be part of and input on tenders for new clients, along with existing clients. Lead, guide and mentor junior members of the team. Achieve the revenue target, which is set for all Managers. This can in most cases be hit from the client base. What we are looking for in the Assistant Tax Manager: Have practice experience. Good people management skills. Partial or full CTA, ACA, or ACCA. Ability to build rapport and manage clients. Previous experience within a similar role.
