• HR operations encompass the processes systems and initiatives that support the management of an organizations workforce from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management.

• HR operations person will ensure the smooth operation of HR functions support organizational policies and procedures and contribute to the overall management of the workforce.

• Creating a standard onboarding process is critical to the HR Ops todo list.
