Job Description
TheSupply Planning & Customer Relationships Director is responsible for managing the demand planning process to reduce forecast error and create efficiencies in the Hershey Value Chain. They oversee the IBM process in Hershey Mexico to ensure the strategic plan is met manage the supply planning team to create robust production schedules and manage customer relationships to drive visibility and business improvement. The role also involves coordinating International West Supply Chain meetings and managing continuous improvement processes for IBM to achieve company goals. The backup for this position is the Manager of Demand Planning & Manager of Supply Planning.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- 10 years of experience in demand planning supply planning and customer relationship management
- Strong understanding of demand planning processes and tools
- Experience in supply planning and master production scheduling
- Knowledge of Integrated Business Management (IBM) processes
- Ability to manage customer relationships and drive business improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
