The purpose of this position is to be responsible for financial management of projects recognizing business opportunities and putting together bids to win new business as well as negotiating and agreeing contracts which can be worth millions of rand.
Requirements
BSc Quantity Surveying (QS) preferably an Honors Degree
Professionally registered with relevant professional bodies within the Quantity Surveying Profession.
Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
Contract law
At least 10 years experience in a similar position and business strategy contract management commercial and legal management; operational planning and implementation.
Experience with WTPWater Retaining PumpstaionsReservoirs and Pipeline.
Valid Driver s license is essential.
