Job Description
HTS is actively seeking a qualified Clinic Director for a new facility opening in the San Antonio, Texas market.
What you bring:
- Active Texas licensure - LPC-A or LMSW
- Knowledge and experience in a therapeutic milieu
- 2 + years of experience in a leadership role
- Experienced in HIPAA, and other laws applicable to mental health services.
- Prior experience working with and within Joint Commission requirements
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Active listening skills, as demonstrated by interpreting verbal and non-verbal cues to determine the focus for treatment as well as understand information from colleagues and other mental health professionals.
- Critical thinking skills, as demonstrated by using creative problem-solving as part of the therapeutic process to find the best available options for clients.
- Passion for team building and development
- Experienced in daily operations to include staff schedule management.
