Customer Success Advisor

HTS is actively seeking a qualified Clinic Director for a new facility opening in the San Antonio, Texas market.

What you bring:

• Active Texas licensure - LPC-A or LMSW
• Knowledge and experience in a therapeutic milieu
• 2 + years of experience in a leadership role
• Experienced in HIPAA, and other laws applicable to mental health services.
  
• Prior experience working with and within Joint Commission requirements
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Active listening skills, as demonstrated by interpreting verbal and non-verbal cues to determine the focus for treatment as well as understand information from colleagues and other mental health professionals.
• Critical thinking skills, as demonstrated by using creative problem-solving as part of the therapeutic process to find the best available options for clients.
• Passion for team building and development
• Experienced in daily operations to include staff schedule management.
