Job Description
- Create and participate in coding project planning and estimation status monitoring and reporting and project implementation
- Provide support to existing clients
- Become a learning resource and tools provider
- Participate in API Technologies Integration
- Participate and lead projectproductiondeployment
- Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the organization
- Work closely with the management team in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future development
- Provide advice and technical support for various projects
- Respond promptly and professionally to bugs and reports
- Provide support to assigned clients
- Make recommendation and assessment of tools and software products
- Review to the extent possible changes in code and the environment that will affect system performance.
Requirements
- No workrelated experience required
- Fulltime onsite
- Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills
- Resourceful and detailoriented
Advantage but not required:
- BS IT or BS Computer Science graduate
- Familiar with basic accounting concepts related to budgeting
- Experience with software design and development in a testdriven environment
- Techsavvy and has experience or familiarity of coding languages (e.g. PHP JavaScript etc.)
Must possess project management skills Must be an expert at developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients; Excellent communication skills and ability to understand clients needs. Must be a natural leader: Able to build collaborative relationships with supervisors and peers; Able to delegate responsibilities with ease; Able to provide constructive feedback and praise; Able to understand and educate others. Must be strategic thinker; Able to understand the Big-Picture ;Able to think quickly and adeptly when solving complex problems; Exceptional with time management and organization.
