Job Description

One of our esteemed clients in the Shipbuilding industry is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Director with 12 years of experience alligning to the shipbuilding industry to be based in Dammam Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Overview:
Maintain the organizations talent acquisition framework and respective processes in order to ensure the right talent is selected for the organization and the subsidiaries according to business needs and talent requirements.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Align division goals processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy while maintaining awareness of commercial and business objectives.
  • Ensure the accomplishment of organizational unit objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating organizational unit activities.
  • Define objectives identifies and evaluates trends and options chooses a course of action and evaluates outcomes.
  • Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements preparing an annual budget scheduling expenditures analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems and recommending system improvements.
  • Support with strategic problems resolution and subjective decision making.

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the entire work done by the team members and making sure it is completed on time without any delay.
  • Lead the team to complete tasks and meet goals through delegation of responsibilities and supervising business operations.
  • Set the vision and motivation of the team in order to achieve the sought objectives efficiently.
  • Set appropriate and achievable deadlines.
  • Track and report critical organizational unit performance results and escalate and negotiate business related issues to senior management.
  • Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations planning monitoring and appraising job results.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and updates to the organizations recruitment framework and ensure it is effective and aligned with the organizations objectives.
  • Manage the identification of hiring needs and requirements from the organization and subsidiaries forecasted workforce plan and maintaining candidate profiles in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure the robustness of the candidates assessment process to ensure that the right talent is selected and continuously monitor its effectiveness.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of recruitment plans and processes.
  • Lead the design and implementation of the overall organization and subsidiaries employer branding strategy.
  • Lead all talent acquisition activities including recruitment planning screening selection of candidates and contracting to ensure that the organization and its subsidiaries is staffed with employees with best fit skills and capabilities to carry out assigned roles and responsibilities.
  • Oversee the liaison with the Affiliates Coordination to provide the required support to the subsidiaries in relation to talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Management Human Resources or any other similar field.
  • 12 years of experience in related field including 6 years in a leadership role
  • Masters Degree in Management Human Resources or any other similar field is preferred.
