Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to lead and manage human resources functions for interim period of 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations policies and programs ensuring they align with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- HR Operations:
- Oversee daytoday HR operations including employee relations recruitment onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure HR processes are efficient effective and aligned with organizational goals.
- Employee Relations:
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings candidate sourcing and interviewing.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding orientation and training.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are uptodate and compliant with relevant employment laws.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with company policies.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and development plans.
- Provide guidance to managers on performancerelated matters.
- Employee Benefits and Compensation:
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Assist in the evaluation and adjustment of compensation structures.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct surveys and assessments to gather employee feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager.
- Experience managing HR functions across the employee lifecycle.
- Indepth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience ensuring HR policies and practices are in compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in fullcycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to attract and retain top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
