One of our esteemed clients in the Shipbuilding industry is currently seeking an Interim Program Manager with 6 years of work experience to be based in Dammam Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Job Summary:
As an Interim Program Manager to lead and oversee during a period of 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective planning execution and completion of the program while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership:
- Lead and direct the program team in the planning and execution of project deliverables.
- Provide strategic guidance to ensure program objectives align with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including internal teams and external partners.
- Communicate program progress challenges and outcomes to stakeholders regularly.
- Resource Management:
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet program milestones.
- Oversee budgetary aspects of the program ensuring financial goals are met.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and address issues promptly to keep the program on track.
- Quality Assurance:
- Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate regular reports on program progress including key performance indicators.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities and outcomes.
- Team Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledgesharing among team members.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience as a Program Manager.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager with a successful track record of managing projects from initiation to completion in the Shipbuilding industry.
- Indepth knowledge of the focus on shipbuilding fabrication and maintenance operations.
- Familiarity with the specific challenges and requirements associated with the programs mentioned.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills especially in the context of largescale projects.
- Ability to align program objectives with broader organizational strategies.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams.
- Experience fostering a collaborative and positive team culture
