Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:


Our client a Beauty/Cosmetics company is seeking to hire a customer service representative.

As a customer service representative you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its clients.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Interact with customers via phone email chat or inperson to address inquiries provide product information and assist with concerns.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to customer needs and providing timely accurate and helpful responses.

Develop and maintain indepth knowledge of company s products ingredients and application techniques.

Assist customers in choosing the right products based on their needs and preferences.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions comments and feedback.

Provide clear and concise information regarding product features promotions and policies.

Process and track customer orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.



Requirements

A bachelors degree in a relevant field is the minimum educational requirement.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

Interest in the beauty industry.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and resolve customer concerns.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.

Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and issue resolution

The ideal candidate for this role must have: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the skincare, beauty, hospitality or personal care industry. Strong understanding of experiential marketing principles and techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding results. In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and industry trends. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
