Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Management Assistant/Founder Associate to join our innovative startup based in Berlin. This pivotal role involves supporting our founders and executive team onsite managing critical projects and overseeing essential administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for sustainability and possess a strong background in business administration. Fluency in both German (native) and English is essential to effectively communicate within our diverse team and client base in the vibrant and bustling city of Berlin.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Assist in planning managing and overseeing projects directly under the founders guidance.
  • Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets reporting any discrepancies to the founders.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Handle daily administrative tasks including scheduling correspondence and document management.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for the executive team.
  • Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
  • Accounting & Payroll:
  • Assist in managing accounting records invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Oversee the payroll process ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with external auditors and accountants as required.
  • Executive Support:
  • Work closely with the CEO and CTO providing highlevel support as needed.
  • Assist in strategic planning and implementation of company policies.
  • Represent the founders in meetings and correspondences as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field. A focus on sustainability is a plus.
  • Fluent in German (native) and English both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in project management and administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools. Personal Attributes:
