Tasks

• Lead talent acquisition efforts including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define talent requirements source and attract top talent.
• Maintain and explore new recruiting channels.
• Continuously refine recruitment practices through datadriven insights.
• Drive talent acquisition strategies that not only enhance our reputation but also cultivate a talent pool that fuels our success.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for connecting with and empowering people.
• Previous recruitment experience in a similar work environment.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools for streamlining recruitment processes and data analysis.
• Advanced English knowledge and at least B1 level of German.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes seamlessly.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to navigate the evolving landscape of talent acquisition.
