• Define projects thatwill optimize key accounts' performance, and ensure theirengagement andsatisfaction.
• Conductregular business reviews so that Key Accounts have full visibilityof their performance across thecountry.
• Identify revenueopportunities from each of the Key StrategicPartners.
• Drive growththrough major key partners, that act as a customer acquisition forthe business.
• Buildweekly/monthly reports, track & communicate performancedata
• Establish, build, andmaintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders of ourstrategic partners
• Guide andempower key accounts managers to drive the growth of keyvendors.
