Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed implementation plan covering installation, configuration, and customization of the product solution to meet the specific needs of the customer.
- Collaborate with various internal teams such as development, technical support, and sales to ensure effective communication and a seamless implementation.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the customer to report progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or changes in the implementation plan.
- Provide training to end-users of the customer to ensure they understand how to effectively use the SaaS solution.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during implementation, working with internal teams to find quick and effective solutions.
