This is a remote position.
The Freelance Firm is a boutique legal outsourcing platform that connects law firms with experienced highlevel freelance attorneys and paralegals to provide ondemand support for both shortterm and ongoing legal projects.
Due to increasing demand we are now actively seeking qualified freelance attorneys in the area of bankruptcy law.
Types of work may include research drafting and general assistance with managing files to completion.

Requirements:
Must be licensed in good standing to practice law
Minimum of 5 years in practice
Strong research and writing skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines and be wellorganized
Selfstarter and able to work independently
Requirements: - Must be licensed attorney in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida. - Minimum of 5 years in practice - Minimum 5 years of bankruptcy experience, sole practitioners welcome and encouraged to apply - Strong drafting, research and writing skills and trial litigation - Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well organized - Self-starter and able to work independently
