Litigation Attorney
About The Job
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our Melville NY office specializing in foreclosure
litigation. This role requires an attorney with substantial experience in managing and prioritizing a
large caseload ensuring compliance with legal standards and providing creative solutions to complex
legal issues. Candidates from diverse and minority backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
Requirement:
Litigation Attorney in our Melville NY office with 5 years of Foreclosure litigation experience
Diverse/ minority candidates encouraged to apply
Juris Doctorate and member in good standing of the NY Bar
Responsibilities may include but not limited to: Managing and prioritizing a large caseload
Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local state and federal laws and
regulations
Attending hearings and status conferences
Interacting with clients opposing counsel and MWC team members
Previous experience with title bankruptcy foreclosure and/or mortgage banking
Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk
