Job Description
Growing law firm is seeking a litigation Attorney with am minimum of 2yrs experience.; Special interest in attorneys with insurance litigation. Experience in 1 or more of the following practice areas would be ideal: commercial litigation insurance defense product liability professional liability employment law business litigation.
The ideal attorney candidate will have the following:
- Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution including preparation of pleadings motion practice taking depositions and trial work handling mediations
- Experience in reviewing claims files communicating with claims professionals and clients
- Selfstarter; professional
- Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment
- Energetic enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
- Steller research written and verbal communication skills are key
- Motivated ambitious and careeroriented
