Job Description

This is a remote position.

Our client an international IT staffing and IT recruiting company is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Account Executive / Sr. Business Development Executive MidMarket. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients. You will play a critical role in the sales team by working closely with the COO BD Director recruiters and other team members to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth. This remote US position requires a selfstarter who is comfortable working independently.
  • Location and time zone: Remote in the US PST working hours preferred
  • Product or service: IT Staffing IT Recruiting IT Outsourcing IT Nearshoring IT Staff Augmentation
  • Company size: 300
  • Target market: B2B Startups MidMarket Enterprises ($520M Annual revenue)
  • ICP: HRD Talent Acquisition CTO CIO VP of Engineering Clevel responsible for recruitment/outstaffing budget
  • Average deal size: $50K60K
  • Average sales cycle: 13 months
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
  • KPI: Sign 24 new accounts/clients per month generating 10 open IT roles to fill per month
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling email campaigns and social media outreach
  • Conduct sales demos presentations and virtual meetings to educate prospects about the benefits of the companys services
  • Negotiate and close deals with new clients and manage and upsell existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand clients hiring needs and provide tailored IT recruitment solutions
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends market developments and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance pipeline and client information
  • Provide excellent customer service and build longterm relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Participate in team meetings training sessions and industry events to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team


Requirements

  • 5 years of proven success in a full sales cycle role in IT Staffing/IT Recruiting
  • Knowledge of the IT and software development industry different IT roles technologies programming languages and IT recruitment processes
  • Established connections and book of business with CTO/CIO/HRD is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM (HubSpot) sales tools and LinkedIn for networking and lead generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resultsdriven and goaloriented mindset
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently
  • Respect for diversity and inclusion and the ability to work with people from various backgrounds
  • Be comfortable working remotely and across different time zones

  • Compensation: $200000 $240000 OTE per year. Base $100120K uncapped commission/bonuses

5+ years of full sales cycle experience in IT Staffing/IT Recruiting in the US Understanding of different IT roles, technologies, and programming languages Established book of business with HRD/CTO/CIO is a plus
