• Ensure exceptional quality of software outputs.
• Manage staffing for projects fostering domain knowledge sharing.
• Handle technical recruitment appraisals KPI setting and team member reviews.
• Proactively manage technical risks alongside the Service Delivery team.
• Drive innovation and empower teamled research projects.
• Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle Testing and Architecture.
• Assist in business pitches and maintain ISO certifications.
• Uphold digital security data privacy standards and IT policies.

Requirements

• A visionary leader with a robust background in software engineering.
• Academic excellence with an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• A rich history of successful project management and team leadership.
• 4 years in a similar leadership role.
• Masters degree in Computer Science/Software Development or equivalent.
